KISKIRINE EVENTS has been involved in event planning and arranging corporate events, private parties, and other events for over ten years and have gained immense experience in planning, coordination and arranging birthday corporate events,private parties and weddings.

THE TIME
The event will take place on Saturday 19th Dec. Open to the public at 12.00 am On the day and the exhibition will set up at 10.30am. Exhibitors will be able to set-up from 10.45am till 11.00 on the day. No exhibitors will be admitted under any circumstances whatsoever after 11.00 am. Please note that you cannot pack before the end of the show, as you may appreciate it would not add to our professionalism if stands were dismantled before the public leaves.

PARKING
There is parking in the car park of Selbourne shopping mall and backyard of the arcade..

BEST DRESSED TABLE
The theme of our event is Christmas Bazaar :we are urging all stall holders to dress up their tables to fit in with this theme. The best dressed stall will get a special prize, presented on the day!

THE SHOW
The event is Christmas Bazzar. We will have different artists in attendance, which will include Baba and his asian troupe,Angel, mother Chrismas, Acrobats, ice rink,Grotto and much more. It is a family event.

Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in place for all goods, equipment and people belonging to your company, as this is your responsibility.You will be operating within a stall size . All stands are allocated on a first come first serve basis on the payment of a deposit. No stand can be reserved in advance without your full deposit* You must book the appropriate size stand you require, as no additional space will be available on the day.
